Our Leadership

lead pastor

Pastor Travis Battershell

As the Pastor at Bethany, I am so grateful to serve this local church with all the gifts God has given me. My greatest gift being my wife Lexi. We have been married since 2015 and have 3 children, 2 boys and a girl.

I marvel at how God drew me to come to know the life transforming power of the Gospel from an early age growing up in a Christian home. Following my call to ministry in college, I began training at seminary and serving the local church in a variety of ways. I now get to see the beauty of God's providence to bring me here to Bethany in 2021. Today, I am overjoyed to serve the church family at Bethany as we grow in faithfulness and fruitfulness according to God’s will through the consistent teaching of God’s Word.

In Him,
Pastor Travis

“So I exhort the elders among you… shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you.”

— 1 Peter 5:1–2

Our Deacons

Servants of Christ and His Church

The New Testament deacon is an office of service. The deacon should demonstrate godly character and provide a personal example of Christian maturity (1 Timothy 3:8-13). Our deacon team works with the pastor to serve the varied spiritual and physical needs of our church family through a Care Group ministry model.
